Shipping

  • All shipping addresses must be submitted in English, no special or accented characters are accepted.

 

  • If a gate code is required to deliver to your shipping address please provide it to your selected carrier, using the contact information below.

 

  • Antls.net is not responsible for any extra shipping costs or liable for lost returns once the order ships. 

 

  • The recipient is responsible for the payment of any duty and import tax. These charges are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and beyond our control. Antls.net is not able to estimate these fees as they vary from country to country. The best way to calculate the costs is by contacting your local carrier/customs office. 

 

  • If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge, your package will be considered as abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund or any compensation. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

  • Antls.net is not responsible for all delivered products that are lost in transit.

 

  • If you received the wrong item, please send us an image and email us at contact@antls.net for a replacement or refund.

 

International shipping

  • Rates vary based on total weight and final destination. Pricing does not include duties, insurance costs, or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed by the local Customs office.

  • Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can't be delivered due to an address error, or orders seized by Customs.

For discarded packages

  • If your item is in the event you did not receive your package untimely customs clearance or discarded as product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by recipient’s customs, the Antls.net will not be responsible Hence, we always encourage customers to research on their local customs policies and taxes before purchasing our products to avoid such disappointments from happening. 

For returned shipments

  • If your package is returned to us, obtain the returned tracking number from your local courier who processed this return and monitor your package location on their website. Once it shows that package has been returned to our warehouse, note that it may take a while for our warehouse to process it. After which, you will receive an email notification from us informing that your package has been successfully returned to our warehouse awaiting re-ship. This is considered a new re-shipping order generated and you will need to pay for the re-ship bill

Processing Time

  • We ship our products Monday through Friday. All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours (except holidays and weekends). Orders submitted on weekends, holiday weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next open business day. Please expect longer delivery times on holidays or long holiday weekends.

  • All orders, unless noted otherwise, will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. We provide delivery confirmation on all orders. Delivery times will differ by district. Delivery takes roughly 4 to 5 business days from the time your order leaves our processing center.

Orders Shipped to Alaska and Hawaii

  • Please allow an additional 2 to 3 days for delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

  • During checkout, you certify you are providing the correct shipping address. Please be sure to check your shipping address for errors before processing any orders. We can not be held responsible for products shipped to the wrong address due to input error.

 

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. ANTLS Supplements is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.

 

  • If you realize after placing your order you have given the wrong address, please contact our Customer Service Center immediately at contact@antls.net. Orders are typically shipped the following business day by 9 a.m. PST. Once an order has shipped, it can not be canceled or changed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Antls Supplements can not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. If you think your package has been misplaced and it has been confirmed to arrive please contact USPS or the carrier to open a claim. We will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to be able to complete that claim.

Checking Your Order Status

  • When your order is shipped, we will send you the shipment information and a confirmation email. Your order will be processed and shipped within one to two business days after you order (holidays not included). Your order should arrive within five to eight business days after shipment.

  • The email will also contain your tracking information. You can track your order at the shipping carrier's website. Please, give the carrier 48 hours to scan and update tracking information. On rare occasions USPS does not update tracking until after delivery. We cannot provide further information until the delivery window is complete.
