Simple Satisfaction

ANTLS Supplements is made to make you happy, and we back that up with our return policy. If you're not pleased with your purchase from ANTLS.net, just contact us within 30 days from the receipt of the original order for a full refund or exchange. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the receipt of the original order.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receipt of your returned items, credit will be issued to the original method of payment for merchandise amount only. The refund process should take 4-5 business days to complete, so please check with your credit card issuing bank.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@antls.net.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
